  • We offer support on the psychology of change

These provide participants with knowledge about the psychology of change and practical change tools and techniques to use with key stakeholders and target groups. Programmes can be tailored to focus on particular issues or change groups and can be run for intact teams dealing with change ‘live’ - helping them to work through the issues as and when they happen
  • We also run ‘train-the-trainer’ programmes so that change management skills can be widely developed and used without reliance on external consultants
