We coach and train managers in the psychology
of change. This includes changing peoples’ behaviour, managing the
emotional response to change and influencing key stakeholders
> change coaching and consulting
> what we do:
We offer support on the psychology of change
We provide expertise and coaching to change management
teams, providing advice and guidance and sometimes acting as a team
member on a retained basis
We help create ‘stakeholder management plans’.
These help identify how to influence key stakeholders and pinpoint where
securing stakeholder support is critical to the delivery of a change
programme
We undertake target group impact analyses which help
'scope' the potential psychological impact of the change
We design interventions to help overcome resistance and
to maximise engagement and motivation for the changes
We design change implementation processes and processes to sustain change
We provide support to 'change leaders' in order to help them handle difficult conversations and prevent 'change agent burnout’
> practical change skills workshops
> what we do:
We run workshops for HR, change consultants and ‘change
agents’. These provide participants with knowledge about the psychology
of change and practical change tools and techniques to use with key
stakeholders and target groups. Programmes can be tailored to focus
on particular issues or change groups and can be run for intact teams
dealing with change ‘live’ - helping them to work through
the issues as and when they happen
We also run ‘train-the-trainer’ programmes
so that change management skills can be widely developed and used without
reliance on external consultants
> stakeholder management
skills workshops
> what we do:
We run programmes to develop people's ability to overcome
resistance to change and to gain 'buy in' from both internal and external
stakeholders. The programmes provide delegates with the skills and techniques
required to influence stakeholders effectively. They also provide them
with a greater understanding of when and how to deploy a range of effective
'Stakeholder Management tactics'
we save you time and money
We focus on managing the emotional dimension of
change. This is because, at their core, people are emotional beings.
You have to be able to predict and manage people's emotions if you want
to deliver a change programme quickly and cost effectively. Our approach
helps anticipate the emotional reactions of stakeholders, allowing pre-emptive
action to be taken to minimise the risk of delay
we help you ensure the changes 'stick'
We help you understand how to tailor your
communications and processes in order to gain the most impact. This
helps you build support and reduce any negative impact on the pace,
direction and ‘stickability’ of the change
we build capability in your organisation to manage
change
We build people's capability to manage change. We
also provide you with a 'toolkit' of practical techniques and approaches
which can be used on an 'as required' basis. This limits reliance on
external consultants and gives you the flexibility to respond to the
changes as they happen
