Zein studied Psychology at the Open University before completing her Masters in Occupational Psychology at the University of Nottingham. She joined Kaisen after working in banking and IT organisations where she managed projects with Amerada Gas, Syscap and WaterUK . She also worked in Germany for Pixelpark, part of the Bertelsmann Group, working with clients in the electronics, medical and fashion industries.
