Susannah has a Master of Science degree in Occupational Psychology, with First Class Honours. While studying, Susannah set up an internship programme for students to gain practical work experience, in addition to working part time in recruitment and HR project roles.

After finishing her MSc in 2007, Susannah worked for several years in a leading Occupational Psychology consultancy in New Zealand. In this role, Susannah managed the relationships with many key clients across a range of industries (e.g. banking, insurance, legal, retail, transport, law enforcement, education). Susannah has worked as the lead consultant on a wide range of consulting projects, including 360 degree feedback surveys, competency design, exit interviewing, job analysis, and the strategic use of psychometric assessments.
