Stephanie studied Psychology at Plymouth University and completed her Masters degree in Occupational Psychology at Cardiff University.

Before joining Kaisen, she worked for several years in both the public and private sector where she specialised in the recruitment and selection of graduates and people with technical or functional experience. She also has extensive experience of the design and delivery of assessment centres.
