Rebecca completed her undergraduate and postgraduate degrees in applied psychology at Cardiff University. Before joining Kaisen she worked in external consulting and internal roles within the private and public sectors where she developed her specific interest in leadership assessment, coaching and team dynamics. At Kaisen she has consulted with a variety of multinationals and has particular experience of working within the retail, engineering and financial services sectors. Her specific interests include coaching, succession planning and senior level selection. She is currently based in Toronto.
