Rebecca completed her first degree in Applied Psychology at Cardiff University. She then worked with Saville and Holdsworth and Insight Human Resource Consulting, developing psychometrics and providing recruitment, management development and training solutions.

Following her return to Cardiff to complete her MSc in Occupational Psychology, she worked for the Post Office Group, delivering a range of people solutions. These included job design initiatives, senior management selection and team building events, whilst managing a team of associate consultants and a test distribution facility.

At Kaisen she has consulted with a variety of multinationals and has particular experience of working with professional partnerships and within the retail and engineering sectors. Her specific interests include coaching, succession planning and senior level selection.
