Following the completion of his first degree in Psychology at the University of Southampton, Robert began his career in IT as a systems analyst. He then moved into the field of business psychology after completing an MSc in Occupational Psychology at the University of Nottingham. Before joining Kaisen, he worked with the business psychology consultancies ODL International and Xancam.
At Kaisen, he has worked internationally, specialising in leadership assessment and selection method design for a wide range of multinational businesses including utilities, engineering, financial services, retail and manufacturing companies. In addition to his consultancy work, Robert heads up Kaisen's PR activity and research operation.
