After graduating in Psychology at the University of Reading and obtaining his Diploma in Personnel Management, Roger worked for a number of blue chip organisations delivering personnel, training and management development initiatives before moving into consultancy.
He has consulted to a wide range of business organisations both in the UK and internationally and he has particular understanding of the financial services, retail, travel, communications and FMCG sectors. He has advised extensively at Board level, particularly in the areas of team development and change management.
