Natalia has a BA and BPsych from the University of Newcastle, Australia which included a study abroad scholarship at McMaster University, Canada. While studying she was involved in volunteer roles with a nationwide health service and the University of Newcastle Psychology clinic.

Natalia has worked with both Australian private and not for profit organisations that offer psychological services, employment and training programmes and an executive search firm in central London where she managed key relationships with FTSE 250 clients across sectors. She has experience in developing, implementing and providing evidence for assessment tools for business decisions, extensive use of psychometric tools tailored for vocational use and in design and implementation of evidence based research.

Natalia is currently taking a Masters in Occupational Psychology at Birkbeck College, University of London.
