After graduating with an honours degree in Business Psychology from the University of Port Elizabeth, Marcelle worked for a South African export organisation in an HR role before relocating to London where she specialised in head hunting senior personnel for 'blue chip' financial services organisations. Prior to joining Kaisen she completed a Masters degree in Business Psychology from the University of Cape Town, gaining a distinction for her dissertation on the sustainability of behaviour in the workplace.
