Having completed postgraduate training in Occupational Psychology at Queens University Belfast, she started her career in London with Austin Knight Recruiting, specialising in the design and development of assessment methodologies for numerous job positions, from Astronauts to Water Authority Executives.

She has extensive international consultancy experience and has provided executive-level support to teams and individuals around the world. Her areas of core expertise are individual assessment, organisational culture and enhancing employee commitment. She has worked in a number of diverse industries including information technology, finance, pharmaceutical, insurance, energy, retail, airlines and manufacturing.
