After graduating in Psychology from Southampton University, she worked for the Imperial Group in a variety of HR roles in Head Office. She then worked for Courage, Imperial Foods and Mardon Packaging before moving into consultancy from the Unigate Group. She has consulted internationally in a wide range of sectors including professional partnerships, airlines, retail, financial services and telecommunications.
