Michelle obtained her first degree in French and German from the University of Salford and subsequently spent 5 years in sales management within the food industry. She then retrained as an Occupational Psychologist, studying at Royal Holloway University of London and at the University of Hertfordshire where she obtained her MSc in 1996. Since then she has worked as a business psychologist in both the private and public sector. She specialises in the assessment and development of senior managers, and has particular knowledge of diversity issues within leadership.
