After graduating in Psychology and Health Science from the University of the West of England, Lucky began her career as a recruitment consultant for Hays Montrose. Here she successfully turned around the South West Surveying division, designing bespoke assessment solutions for a range of local and international clients. Lucky joined Kaisen in 2001 and has worked on leadership assessment and development programmes for a range of large multinational organisations in a variety of sectors including Aerospace, Banking, Engineering, Media, Partnerships, Retail, and Utilities. She has a special interest in performance coaching, working with individuals, teams and organisations to unlock barriers to success and support an uplift in performance. Lucky has also held key roles in British Gas and Orange, working with their Learning and Development and Talent teams to bring about changes in leadership development across both organisations.
