After completing her BSc in Psychology at Loughborough University, Krissie spent a year in Japan teaching English. She then went on to complete her MSc in Occupational Psychology at Leicester University.

Prior to joining Kaisen, Krissie worked for several years as a HR Advisor for Newey & Eyre, part of the Hagemeyer (UK) Ltd group. Working in a generalist HR role, she was involved in large scale restructuring, performance management, training and recruitment.
