Katherine graduated in psychology at the University of London
and later in Organisational Psychology at City University. She specialised
in New Employee Orientation and Culture Change and conducted a research
project with American Express. She has worked in a range of service and
insurance organisations and as an independent consultant, during which
time she was responsible for designing and setting up the RDB Star Rating
System within the Residential Care Sector. At Kaisen she specialises in
Performance Management and Culture Change initiatives.
