After graduating in Psychology from the University of Bristol, Kim worked for several years in recruitment, specialising in the placement of senior IT managers and the design of bespoke solutions for the selection of technical staff. She then went on to complete an MSc in Occupational Psychology at Cardiff University before joining Kaisen.  Her interests include senior management assessment and development.
