Joanna studied experimental psychology at Oxford University and upon graduation joined an ESRC funded project implementing new educational methods in schools based on psychology research. Subsequently she worked for Accenture with public sector clients. After making the decision to get closer to the 'people' side of business she made a career move into recruitment. Prior to joining Kaisen she was responsible for running a division, focused on sourcing talent for management consultancies, she developed client relationships with a range of firms including McKinsey, Ernst and Young, Deloitte and KPMG.
