James initially studied Psychology at Birmingham University before beginning his career in the software industry, working on projects in the banking and government sectors. At this point James chose to complete an MSc in Applied Psychology at Cranfield University. He then undertook a number of research roles for the Capita Group before joining Abbey where he worked in graduate and head office recruitment before joining Kaisen.
