Heidi studied for a degree in Psychology at Manchester University before moving to UMIST to complete her PhD in Organisational Psychology. Her PhD addressed cross-cultural working practices and attitudes in Japanese companies in the UK and Japan.

Before joining Kaisen she worked as a psychologist within generalist HR consultancies. Here she gained experience of selection and recruitment, assessment of attitudes and culture change, career counselling and leadership team development for a range of clients.

Since joining Kaisen she has worked internationally in a range of sectors including airlines, retail, telecoms, financial services, utilities and professional partnerships. She has managed a wide variety of high profile projects working on large-scale organisation-wide assignments.
