Francesca studied psychology at Manchester University and completed her Masters in Occupational Psychology at Birbeck College in London. 

Before joining Kaisen she worked for the language arm of BPP, firstly as a teacher of business English to managers in organisations such as Deutsche Bank, Novartis, Sony and Barcardi Martini in Spain and then as manager of their London training centre. 

She has consulted internationally in a range of sectors including retail, telecommunications and the engineering industry.  At Kaisen, her specific interests include performance management, developing motivation and change management.
