Chris has a psychology degree from Warwick University and a Masters in applied psychology from Cranfield University.
His background is telecoms and before joining Kaisen, he worked for Orange in a variety of roles in HR, change management and business process re-engineering, with a particular focus on improving the quality and effectiveness of HR processes.
At Kaisen, he has worked across a broad range of sectors, in particular, financial services, retail, telecoms and professional services. His particular interests centre around talent management, coaching and performance management.
