Before joining Kaisen, Anna worked in a number of Human Resources, project management and consultancy roles for banking and service businesses. This included leading the implementation of various learning and development initiatives for Barclays University and Barclays’ corporate flagship for cultural change. She then went on to work with Drake Beam Morin as an outplacement-consultant, providing career transition services to HSBC and the Royal Mail.

Anna studied Psychology at the Queen’s University of Belfast and completed her Postgraduate Certificate in Occupational Psychology with the British Psychological Society. She also holds an Advanced Certificate in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing and a Certificate in Counselling from the British Association of Counselling & Psychotherapy.
