After graduating in Psychology from University College London, Andrew joined Citigroup where he was based for periods both in the UK and Germany. During this time he gained extensive experience of leading multi-disciplinary teams to deliver major HR, IT and Wealth Management initiatives across Europe.

With Kaisen he consults to a range of international businesses and sectors including engineering, financial services and legal partnerships. He is particularly involved with senior management assessment, leadership development and performance coaching.
