After graduating in Psychology from Nottingham University, Aurea moved to UMIST to complete her MSc in Organisational Psychology.
Before joining Kaisen in 1998 she worked for the Ford Motor Company in Human Resources, during which time she gained membership of the CIPD. At Kaisen she has consulted internationally in a range of sectors including retail, utilities and service industries. She specialises in leadership assessment and development. She also has specific interests in change management and senior level selection.
